Technical problems with your order

Ordering with Spreadshirt is problem-free with most browsers (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera etc.). If you do experience any technical problems, please let us know as soon as possible with details including the browser you use. Our Service team will work on solving your problem and will be in contact with you to help you place your order as quickly as possible.

Order confirmation not received

After sending your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is sent within minutes of our receiving your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to a technical problem or an error in your email address (e.g. typo). In this case, please contact us immediately at with the approximate time of the order and the shop name or URL.

Cancellation or changes to your order

After you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to change or cancel your order simply reply to that email or contact Customer Service at Please make sure to include your order ID number in all correspondences (this number is in your confirmation email). IMPORTANT: Please inform us immediately of any modification or cancellation; since we have very short processing time, chances may be that your order has already been sent.
